Arianna Nguyen recorded 14 saves in fourth-seeded Egg Harbor’s 2-0 victory over fifth-seeded Eastern in the quarterfinals of the NJSIAA South Jersey, Group 4 playoffs in Egg Harbor Township.

Evalyn Brown scored in the first half before Jackie Brownlee added an insurance goal in the second half. Brielle VonColln was credited with assists on both goals.

Egg Harbor (18-1) advances to its second straight semifinal and will visit top-seeded Central Regional on Wednesday at a time to be announced.

Eastern fell to 12-8-2 on the season.
