Tabu recently admitted to having this exact habit. In a conversation with The Nod Mag, she revealed her struggles with online shopping addiction. When asked what the last thing she had purchased and regretted, the Fitoor actor joked , “I am an online shopping addict, and I have regretted almost everything I bought.”
But what exactly does it mean?
Rima Bhandekar, Senior Psychologist at Helpline – Mpower, Aditya Birla Education Trust, shared that while online shopping can feel very satisfying, its effects are temporary.
According to her, there are plenty of reasons for this addiction.
