It was a wet week for sure. As of Friday afternoon, Vancouver had 2.50 inches of rain in the gauge so far this month. That is well over an inch above average. The good news is we have a nice weekend ahead of us.
High pressure will build inland, and on Sunday, most of us will experience those easterly winds out of the gorge. This may push our afternoon temperatures into the low 60s. It will be a good weekend to clean up the yard, wash the car, or put up holiday lights in your yard and on your house if that is in your plans.
Remember my hunch that the last part of November would turn colder? The Climate Prediction Center is now suggesting we will have colder temperatures than average for Nov. 22 through Dec. 5.
If this comes to pass like I think it will, snow will pile up in time for ski
