LEXINGTON, Ky. — A Lexington businessman shared what he hopes to be a game-changer for people lacking access to essential resources, and it all starts with hydrating his community.

Rock Daniels has 20 years of experience in real estate and construction. He has owned Grounded All Day Cafe, located off Leestown Road, for the past two years.

He said he's passionate about providing the community with what they need, and in between that time, he has also spent 20 years helping vulnerable groups through the city's homeless shelter and the Catholic Action Center.

“We've had code initiatives and food initiatives and different things for marginalized people,” Daniels said.
