MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) — You can be Santa to a senior, thanks to Home Instead of Minot.
The in-home senior care service is offering the program for the second straight year.
Starting Nov. 10, trees with ornaments of seniors in need will be set up at Home Instead and Verendrye Electric in Minot and Velva.
Community members can select an ornament, purchase the listed gifts, and return them unwrapped by Dec. 1.
They also welcome donations of gift bags, tissue paper, and volunteer time.
The group will host a wrapping party on Dec. 5 from 5 to 8:00 p.m.
Gifts will be delivered the week of Dec. 8.
