The Texas Rangers will host an exhibition game against a World Baseball Classic (WBC) team for the third time in club history.

The Rangers will host Team Brazil on Wednesday, March 4 in Surprise, Arizona. The only previous instances of a WBC exhibition for the Rangers came on March 9, 2006 vs. Japan (8-4 win) and March 9, 2017 vs. Venezuela (6-4 loss).

The MLB released the full spring training schedule for the Rangers on Wednesday, with two games in Arlington along with 29 games in Surprise, Arizona.

2026 will be the 24th spring the baseball club has spent spring training in Surprise, beginning in 2003.
