It's officially basketball season in East Lansing after the season started on Monday, Nov. 3, and what better way to really get into the season than a matchup between two Hall of Fame coaches.

Tom Izzo's Michigan State Spartans will host John Calipari's Arkansas Razorbacks at the Breslin Center on Saturday for a 7 p.m. tipoff on Fox.

This will be the sixth time the two coaches have faced off and the third different school that Calipari has coached at when facing Izzo. Calipari has a slight 3-2 edge over Izzo, beating him in the 2008 NCAA tournament while at Memphis and twice at the Champions Classic with Kentucky in 2016 and 2019. Both of Izzo's wins over Calipari came in the Champions Classic, knocking off Kentucky in 2013 and 2022, as the teams played once every three years. Watch
