SALT LAKE CITY — The newest Apostle of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints had a busy first day Friday with the media.
Elder Gérald Caussé had an international presence as Presiding Bishop of the Church for 11 years, overseeing the Church’s finances, properties, temples, meetinghouses and humanitarian donations.
On Friday, KSL TV spoke to him about the things that are close to his heart — his family and music.
It was a warm greeting with Elder Caussé, who admitted that he is still getting used to the new title .
Elder Caussé had many interviews today, including one on Zoom with a French newspaper.
Shortly after he was ordained an Apostle Thursday, Elder Caussé called his parents in France.
