BULLETS FLY IN RURAL SURREY; RCMP AND SURREY POLICE INVESTIGATING
In the latest spate of gunfire, shots rang out at a Surrey residence on Saturday morning.
RCMP responded to a call to a residence in the 17000 block of 32nd Ave and found damage to the outside of the building from gunshots, with at least one bullet hole in a cement fence lining the property, and one that went through a second-story window. Witnesses say a cone marked a shell casing in the driveway.
No injuries were reported in the incident, which occured at a massive, white recently constructed home at 17075 32nd Ave. The stretch of road between 168th Street and 172nd St. where the home sits was closed as police investigated, but has since reopened.
