The Brooklyn Nets faced a major setback in their recent game against the Indiana Pacers at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Their shooting guard, Cam Thomas, strained his left hamstring just six minutes into the match.

Recently, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported that Thomas will miss at least three to four weeks, after which he will be reevaluated. This news raised concerns among Nets fans, especially given the team’s disappointing start to the 2025-26 NBA season. In a recent interview with Michael Scotto, Cam Thomas shared his thoughts on his injury.

“It’s way different. It’s not as bad as the last one, I’ll say that. I dodged a bullet with that.” Thomas said.

Thomas has suffered the same injury multiple times in the past. Last season, he only played 25 games due to a left hamstring strain.
