AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Even though it's only November, people in the Valley are already feeling the Christmas spirit.

Quaker Steak and Lube and Biker Brewhouse in Austintown kicked off their Army of Toys' toy drive this afternoon with a special guest -- Santa, who came in via helicopter to spread some Christmas cheer.

The event is part of the Salvation Army's drive to collect toys for children in need.

"Our goal this year is 20,000 toys. The need is huge and Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull. So, we're here to help," said Paul, Gay with the Salvation Army.

"We make it a great event for everybody, all the kids, all the parents. Something for everybody. So, we strive to try to make everybody's lives better no matter who and show everybody a great time, and give back to the community," C
