ANDOVER, Maine — The Oxford County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help to find a man from Andover who has been reported missing.
Tony "Ralph" Manning, 73, reportedly left Rumford Community Hospital around 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the direction of Route 2.
Manning was last seen wearing a dark brown leather jacket, jeans, a plaid shirt, and a black baseball cap, according to the sheriff's office.
He is described as 5-foot-2 and roughly 100 pounds with a "slightly stooped posture" and a white beard.
The sheriff's office asks that anyone with information about his whereabouts or possible sightings to call dispatchers at 207-743-9554.
