Police in Manchester have issued a stark warning to parents after responding after reports of kids lighting fireworks and throwing them at people in the street.
Officers in Bolton say they have received 'numerous reports' on Saturday, November 8 of fireworks being thrown in the Queens Park area, and the Boardman Street area of Halliwell. They say a number of youths have been stopped and searched. And in a post on their Bolton district Facebook page, they sent a message to parents.
It comes just days after four teenagers were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder after a night of unrest in Birmingham
