Hyderabad: Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar ignited controversy during a high-voltage election campaign at Meenakshipuram (Rahmat Nagar) intersection, declaring the Jubilee Hills by-election a “Dharma war” between Hindus and Muslims.
