MUMBAI, Nov 08: The Central Bureau of Investigation recently booked a former general manager and project director of National Highways Authority of India for allegedly amassing disproportionate assets worth Rs 1.56 crore, during a two-year stint in Nagpur.
According to CBI officials, the accused, A Kale, amassed the assets while he was posted at Nagpur from April 2022 to March 2024 under the NHAI, which is a part of the Union ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
