Playing in its second game in as many nights, the Chattanooga Mocs men’s basketball team dropped a 101-69 non-conference contest at UNLV on Saturday evening inside the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Chattanooga (1-2) met UNLV (1-1) on the back end of a back-to-back road swing that covered nearly 600 miles between locations after last night’s game at Saint Mary’s (CA) in Moraga, Calif.

It marked the first time in program history (DI era) playing two non-conference regular season games on consecutive nights in different states.

This was the first-ever meeting between the two programs and the first MWC opponent for UTC since Wyoming in 2017-18 season opener.
