The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and senior officials in his government on Friday (November 7), accusing them of committing "genocide" in Gaza.

The Turkish authorities issued warrants to arrest 36 other senior Israeli officials besides Netanyahu. The list also includes Defence Minister Israel Katz, National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, Border and Security Minister Eyal Zamir, and Israeli Naval Forces Commander David Saar Salama.

While the authorities did not publish the full list, the statement, as quoted by Turkiye Today , charged the officials with "systematic violence against civilians in Gaza."
