Second-seeded Moorestown and seventh-seeded Clearview battled through regulation, two overtime periods and an 11-round penalty-kick shootout before the Quakers finally outlasted the Pioneers to earn a 3-2 victory in the NJSIAA South Jersey, Group 3 playoffs in Moorestown.
The Quakers (16-4-1), who had a 9-8 advantage in penalty kicks, advance to the sectional semifinals for the third straight year and will host third-seeded Delsea.
Moorestown held a 2-1 lead after two rounds of the shootout, but Clearview had a 3-2 advantage after four shots apiece.
But the Quakers tied it at 3-3 and each team converted its next five attempts before Moorestown finally put it away.
Natalie Janulis and Ellia Oteri scored during regulation for Moorestown.
Clearview (11-9-2) finished with a winning record
