Manchester United have been warned that signing a new striker in January will be extremely costly as fears grow over Benjamin Sesko's injury.
The Slovenia striker sustained an injury during the 2-2 draw with Tottenham on Saturday after being unable to continue beyond the 85th minute . He had come on just before the hour mark.
At his press conference, Ruben Amorim revealed that the injury was to Sesko's knee. "We have to check. He had something in his knee, let's see," the United boss said.
"I have no idea. Because it's the knee, we never know. I'm more concerned with an injury because it's in the knee and I don't know. We need Ben to be a better team."
