PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man died after being hit by several cars on a north Phoenix street on Saturday night.
At about 10 p.m., first responders were dispatched to the area of 35th Avenue and Dunlap Avenue for a report of a hit-and-run.
When police arrived, they found a man who was seriously hurt. The man, whose identity has not been released, died at a hospital shortly after.
Detectives believe the man was walking across the road, fell and was hit by multiple vehicles while on the ground, according to the Phoenix Police Department. None of the vehicles or drivers stayed on scene.
