ORLANDO, Fla. – Counties across Central Florida are preparing to open shelters as historic wind chills are expected .
Tuesday morning lows are forecast to be in the 30s and 40s, with wind chills dropping to the 20s and 30s in some spots.

Below is a list of shelters that have planned openings starting Monday in Central Florida because of the cold weather.
FLAGLER COUNTY
Officials in Flagler County said The Sheltering Tree will open its cold-weather shelter on Monday evening at the Rock Transformation Center (formerly Church on the Rock). The shelter located at 2200 North State St. is open for anyone who is without heat.
The county will provide bus transportation along two routes, following the schedules below:
