Prime Minister Narendra Modi wound up his campaign for Bihar assembly polls on Saturday, November 8, the penultimate day for canvassing for the second and final phase, claiming that people have given the opposition INDIA bloc a ”65-volt jhatka” in the first leg and promising to be back for the swearing in of the new NDA government.
