ALBION — A winter weather advisory has been issued for Orleans and Niagara counties.

The advisory will be in effect 10 a.m. Sunday to 7 a.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service in Buffalo. It's expected rain will over to wet snow, with accumulations of 3 to 5 inches expected.
