Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) have moved in with advanced trade talks for Ravindra Jadeja and Sanju Samson exchange ahead of IPL 2026 series. According to reports, both franchises are in advanced talks over the high-profile swap, though the deal isn’t finalised yet.

As per the reports, CSK has agreed to the Ravindra Jadeja and Sanju Samson swap, but RR is insisting on getting Dewald Brevis too. For CSK, it is a deal breaker, as losing Jadeja is already a huge loss for them.

Both Jadeja and Samson are ₹18 crore players, making it a balanced exchange on paper. While the Royals are actively pursuing this trade, they have also kept channels open with other teams, including Sunrisers Hyderabad, Delhi Capitals, Lucknow Super Giants, and Kolkata Knight Riders.
