(WNDU) - The Notre Dame Fighting Irish moved up one spot and the Indiana Hoosiers stayed put in the latest Associated Press Top 25 college football poll .
The Irish (7-2) jumped up from No. 10 to No. 9 after a dominant win over Navy while the Hoosiers (10-0) stayed at No. 2 and stayed unbeaten after scoring a last-minute touchdown at Penn State . IU received six first-place votes in this week’s poll.
As for other regional teams in the poll, Michigan moved up three spots from No. 21 to No. 18 after having a bye week.
The second College Football Playoff rankings will be released this Tuesday night at 7 p.m. In the first rankings issued this past Tuesday , IU was No. 2, Notre Dame was No. 10 and Michigan was No. 21.
