A Killeen man — indicted three times in less than two years for dealing methamphetamine, ecstasy, marijuana, oxycodone and cocaine — is now heading to prison for the next six years.
Kierston Roque Jackson, 40, was booked into the Bell County Jail on May 19. He was being held without bond on Friday after he pleaded guilty to a first-degree felony charge of delivering a controlled substance four grams or more but less than 200 grams. During a hearing in the 27th Judicial District Court on Wednesday, Judge Debbie Garrett dismissed two other felony narcotics charges as part of a plea agreement.
