A man was indicted this week after being accused of raping a woman who told police she was unconscious when the incident occurred.

On Wednesday, a Bell County grand jury indicted Reginald Lafleur, 48, of Princeton, N.J., on a second-degree felony charge of sexual assault. He posted a bond of $40,000, on Oct. 1, and was released from law enforcement custody.

A Harker Heights police officer on Jan. 22, 2022, was dispatched to a location to take a report of a sexual assault that allegedly had occurred at Lafleur’s home in the 2600 block of Douglas Fir Drive.
