Pete Davidson is ready to give fatherhood all he’s got.

The " Saturday Night Live " alum — who is expecting his first baby with pregnant girlfriend Elsie Hewitt — made a surprise return to the NBC sketch comedy series Nov. 8, where he joked about how gearing up to be a dad has already impacted his lifestyle.

During the Weekend Update segment, Davidson joined Colin Jost to discuss a New York Times article about the decommissioned Staten Island Ferry they purchased together in 2022 , though he admitted he hadn’t read the story firsthand.
