BIRMINGHAM, Ala. —

U.S. Rep. Terri Sewell and former U.S. Sen. Doug Jones joined 'Blueprint Alabama' for a town hall at A.H. Parker High School to discuss the ongoing government shutdown and its impact on Alabamians.

“No one wins in a shutdown but at the same time I think that it's critically important that everyone knows ... there's more that we can do than just habituate,” Sewell said.
