DUBLIN, Ga. — A teenager is dead after a shooting in Dublin , according to a release from police chief Keith Moon.
Moon said around 12:40 a.m. on Sunday, officers arrived at Lessons Lounge at 1111 Telfair Street in Dublin.
The release said Devauoris Lewis, 17, was found shot multiple times and was brought to Fairview Park Hospital. The release added he was eventually transferred to a Macon hospital.
According to the release said Lewis was eventually pronounced dead due to his injuries.
Moon said the Dublin Police Department is investigating the shooting and Lewis' death. They asked if anyone had further information to contact the police department at 478-277-5023.
