The Toronto Blue Jays had Bo Bichette at the top of their lineup all season. He was even at the top of the lineup in the World Series as he battled a grueling injury. But Bichette is headed to free agency this winter, and it might be difficult for the Blue Jays to re-sign him.
The Blue Jays are set to battle a few other top clubs in the league in Bichette's sweepstakes.
CBS Sports' RJ Anderson recently projected Bichette would sign a massive seven-year, $189 million deal in free agency this winter, which is firmly in the Blue Jays' price range.
