Police are asking for the public's help as they investigate a robbery that occurred overnight at a general store in Lowell, Vermont.
State police were notified around 5:26 a.m. Saturday of a burglary at the Lowell General Store, on Vt. Route 100, and say preliminarily it appears someone wearing a mask broke the store's window around 12:07 a.m. and waited about two hours before going inside just before 2 a.m.

The masked subject stole various items from the shelf and an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, according to police, who released a photo of the suspect later Saturday.
