GASTONIA, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Three people are in the hospital after a multi-vehicle crash in Gastonia Sunday night.
The Gastonia Fire Department responded to reports of a crash at Gaston Day School Road and Hoffman Road around 7:30 p.m.
Officials say four vehicles were involved in the crash. Two people were entrapped, but were eventually freed by the fire department. Three people were transported to CaroMont Hospital, two of whom were in critical condition.
Queen City News has reached out to the Gastonia Police Department to get more information about the investigation. No word yet on whether charges will be filed in this case or what caused the crash.
