A Canberra man has been sentenced to three years and one month in jail after he was found guilty of sexual offences against an eleven-year-old girl he met on a dating site.
Shegu Bobb, 27, was found guilty by a jury of seven charges in the ACT Supreme Court today, including using a carriage service to procure a child under sixteen, transmitting an indecent image and child abuse material, as well as committing an act of indecency.
The jury cleared him of the charges of rape and a further act of indecency.
