BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAYS: Colder air continues to flow into the state tonight and we are watching northeast areas for the possibility of a snow shower or flurries. No precipitation issues area expected around here but there will be accumulating snow in places like the Smoky Mountains. The big story for our area is the cold. This is the first significant blast of cold air of the season, and this will bring lows in the upper 20s Monday morning, with low to mid 20s Tuesday morning.
