MANCHESTER, N.H. —

Hundreds of runners gathered in the Queen City on Sunday for the annual Manchester City Marathon.

The event, hosted by Millennium Running, included a 5K, half marathon, full marathon and relay race.

Swim With A Mission served as the marathon's official charity, with proceeds supporting efforts to reduce veteran suicide in New Hampshire.

Mackenzie Hall, of Manchester, was the women's marathon winner.

"I had no idea what to expect. I was definitely not expecting to win today. I'm very overwhelmed, but super grateful," Hall said. "The familiarity was super helpful. Out on the rail trail, I just felt at home out there."

Casey Ellis, of Pennsylvania, was the men's marathon winner.
