In a quiet village in Hampshire, two pensioners have been discovered dead in their home, prompting a police investigation. Officers were alerted to the property on Church Road in Warsash on Friday, following concerns for the welfare of the residents.

The deceased women, one in her 70s and the other in her 80s, were found at the address after police received a call shortly after 12:23pm on November 7. Hampshire Police have since launched an inquiry to determine the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
