HONOLULU — Action in the 2025 First Hawaiian Bank Hawaii High School Athletic Association Football Championships presented by the Hawaii Army National Guard will start Friday at different sites around the state of Hawaii.
Kapaa High School, confirming its Central Pacific Bank Kauai Interscholastic Federation title with a 20-0 shutout over Waimea High School last week, received the top seed from the HHSAA for the Division I bracket.
With the top seed, the Warriors from up on the hill enjoy a bye during the opening weekend. Kapaa will first see action during the semifinals when the Warriors host the winner of No. 4 seed Damien and No. 5 Baldwin of the Maui Interscholastic League.
