MEDIA — The U.S. Veterans Legacy Project will present the 2025 Delaware County Veterans Parade, kicking off at 11:11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11 in downtown Media.

The parade route will start at the Media Theatre on State Street, proceed west on State to Orange Street, north on Orange to Front Street, and east on Front to the Delaware County Courthouse.

Immediately following the parade, a ceremony will take place in front of the courthouse. The parade and ceremony will adhere to this year’s theme, “Honoring the Legacy of World War II Veterans.”

World War II veteran Ed Buffman is this year’s parade grand marshal.

Buffman is a distinguished World War II Navy veteran who served aboard the USS Missouri and witnessed history firsthand, including the Japanese surrender in Tokyo Bay. A co-founder o
