Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart suffered a concussion during Sunday’s 24-20 loss to the Chicago Bears and was replaced by backup Russell Wilson.

Dart was slow to get up toward the end of the third quarter after he was hit by Bears safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson , leading to a fumble that the Bears recovered.

“Well, this was troubling for the sense that this was the fourth time this season, going back to the preseason, that Jaxson Dart has been evaluated for a concussion,” ESPN’s Adam Schefter said Monday on SportsCenter . “Four times in his rookie year.
