VERSAILLES, Ky. (WKYT) — A Woodford County man is facing charges after police say he fired shots following an argument in a McDonald’s parking lot.
Tyler Estes is accused of firing shots in the McDonald’s parking lot on United Drive in Versailles.
According to his arrest citation, Estes got into an argument with someone, then fired two shots in the air and two shots at the man as he drove away.
Officers say a woman and two small children were also in the van. No one was hit by gunfire.
Estes is charged with four counts of wanton endangerment.
