OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A previously sealed affidavit from the arrest of a now-former Bellevue Police officer in a child enticement investigation has been released.

Ryan Agustin, 38, of Bellevue, was arrested Friday on charges related to the manufacturing of child sexual abuse material. The arrest comes as part of an investigation carried out by the Nebraska State Patrol.

According to the affidavit, the NSP investigation began when it was notified of potential possession of child porn in connection to Agustin. Authorities were sent a summary of a conversation of him and Internal Affairs on June 22.

Augustin reported being sent a nude photo from a 17-year-old on social media on June 10. He said his Instagram was deactivated the next day, the affidavit reads.
