Washington Commanders fans had an enjoyable 2024 NFL season. However, things have changed since the start of 2025, and one particular supporter had a painful reminder that the good times are over (at least for now) after trying to rush the field on Sunday.
The NFC East side played the Detroit Lions at home this week in a game attended by United States President Donald Trump.
Trump, who has reportedly requested that the Commies’ new stadium be named after him, was booed by fans while being shown on the big screen.
Washington, meanwhile, was soundly beaten, falling to 3-7 following a 44-22 result.
One fan felt the loss more than most, given that he was brutally tackled by security while trying to run onto the field.
