SALT LAKE CITY – Founded in October 1875, Brigham Young University reached its 150 anniversary this October. Two well-known alumni discussed the university’s influence on their lives and others, from a recording studio on Temple Square.

President Dallin H. Oaks, President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and President Jeffrey R. Holland of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles both graduated from the university.

In September, the two discussed BYU’s influence in their lives as both students and leaders in a recording studio at Temple Square. In a release, the church documented the stories and sentiments shared.
