(Cleveland)-White County Schools will have an early release today (Monday, Novemberer 10) at 1:30 PM due to the Winter Weather Advisory and potential for dangerous road conditions.

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for portions of north central, northeast, and Northwest Georgia until 7 AM Tuesday.

A statement from the school system Monday afternoon said, “After consulting with the National Weather Service and with input from the White County Emergency Management Agency, White County Schools will be dismissing at 1:30pm today due to a winter weather advisory and the possibility of dangerous driving conditions. ”
