The New York Giants are reportedly firing head coach Brian Daboll, and naming OC Mike Kafka as the interim head coach. They are 2-8 this season, and on track for another high draft pick after picking No. 3 pick overall in this year’s draft, taking DE Abdul Carter, then trading back into the 1st to get their QB, Ole Miss’s Jaxson Dart. GM Joe Schoen also added RB Cam Skattebo and the team had a brief spark before he suffered an ugly ankle injury vs the Eagles.

Brian Daboll was hired in 2022 and has a 20-40-1 regular season record. The Giants were also 1-1 in the playoffs during his time in charge.
