It’s been over a week since YouTube TV subscribers lost access to to Disney-owned channels including ABC, ESPN, Disney Channel, National Geographic, and FX.

Google’s previous carriage agreement with Disney expired at midnight on Oct. 31, and the two sides have yet to strike a new deal. As subscribers wait to regain access to the missing channels, YouTube TV, which is owned by Google, is offering a $20 credit.

“We’ve been working in good faith to negotiate a deal with Disney that pays them fairly for their content and returns their programming to YouTube TV. We know it’s been disappointing to lose Disney content, and we want you to know we deeply appreciate your patience. In light of the disruption, we’re offering our subscribers a $20 credit,” an email sent out to subscribers on Sunday
