Five-star hotel, hospital, and school to come up in 24,115 sq. m. area in DREAM City of Surat November 11, 2025

Surat: The Government of Gujarat has been working to develop a world-class Diamond Trading hub in Surat, named DREAM City. After delays earlier, work on the 700-hectare city has now picked up pace following the preparation of a new master plan to develop the city along the lines of GIFT City in Gandhinagar, which was announced recently.

DREAM City Limited has now launched the bidding process for the development of key infrastructure projects within the hub, including a five-star hotel, an integrated multispecialty healthcare facility, and a school.
