ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) - Police are investigating a shooting that left one man injured at a west Asheville apartment Sunday afternoon.
The Asheville Police Department said officers responded to a scene at an apartment complex on Granada Street following a report of a gunshot victim just before 5 p.m. Sunday.
Officers located a man with a gunshot wound under his left arm and rendered aid until the victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to reports.
