The New York Giants are on the hunt for their next head coach following the dismissal of Brian Daboll on Monday afternoon.

Daboll, who had been the Giants' head coach since 2022, was fired after the team's most recent loss to the Chicago Bears. That Week 10 loss marked New York's fourth consecutive defeat, dropping their 2025 season record to 2-8.

For now, the organization will be led by interim head coach Mike Kafka.

NFL analysts are already beginning to float potential replacements for Daboll as the Giants look toward their next coaching era.

Soon after the Giants' decision to part ways with Daboll, former NFL quarterback/ESPN analyst Robert Griffin III urged the organization to go after Ole Miss Rebels head coach Lane Kiffin.
